Spicy Cranberry BBQ Meatballs recipe

We tend to have this yummy meatball recipe whenever we need a quick app. or even some meat for dinner, however this newer recipe tends to be just as delicious and gives the original a bit of a kick!  They’re pretty delicious and we’ve actually used the same “meatball” portion for other recipes!  This is a great little treat to take for your next holiday gathering or family get together!  ENJOY!

Spicy Cranberry BBQ Meatballs

  • Meatballs
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 c onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c dried bread crumbs
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp dried parsley
  • Sauce
  • 14 oz can whole cranberry sauce
  • 17 oz spicy barbecue sauce



Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray.


Mix together meatball mixture and form into 1" balls; place on prepared cookie sheet.


Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until meatballs are browned and cooked through.


Combine sauces over medium heat in a large deep skillet and cook until bubbly.


Add meatballs to skillet and stir to coat completely; reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook until meatballs are fully coated and flavored (5 minutes).
