I’m sure you’ve heard of “Dump Cakes” before, where you literally dump EVERYTHING into a casserole dish, throw it in the oven, set it, and then ENJOY the deliciousness that comes from it! Well this Pumpkin Dump Cake is no different than the rest, other than there is so much pumpkin-y goodness in one bite, that you’ll for sure make this dessert all the time! It’s so easy to many that anyone can do it! Need something quick because you have some guests stopping over?? Then this is the treat for you! ENJOY!
Easy Pumpkin Dump CakePrint Recipe
- 1 box butter cake mix
- 15 oz pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c brown sugar, packed
- 3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 c pecans, chopped
- 1 c toffee bits
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13” baking dish with cooking spray.
Whisk pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice in a large bowl until smooth.
Pour into prepared baking dish and top with dry cake mix.
Sprinkle pecans and toffee bits on top.
Finally, pour melted butter evenly over top.
Bake for 45-55 minutes or until set!
