It’s not Christmas in our house without Chocolate Fudge!! I don’t know about you, but Fudge isn’t easy to make, chocolate specifically. We’ve used this recipe for the last 2-3 years and it works out every single time and is totally delicious! I highly recommend this recipe for all your holiday gifts and treats, your friends and family will not be disappointed. :) ENJOY!
Chocolate Fudge

- 3 c granulated sugar
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 c miniature marshmallows
- two 12 oz packages semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 c chopped walnuts (optional)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Line 13x9" baking pan with foil.
Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in heavy-duty saucepan and bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat; stirring constantly.
Boil (don't forget to stir constantly) for 4 to 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows, morsels, nuts (optional), and vanilla extract; stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted.
Pour into prepared pan and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
Lift from pan, remove foil, cut into pieces, and store in tightly covered container in refrigerator or freezer.
